Jess has been nothing but kind and supportive during my PCOS journey since diagnosis to check-ups and finding ways to help ease my symptoms and issues. It’s nice to feel listened to by someone who actually specialises in women’s health, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Jess literally changed my life! I had been battling for sometime with perimenopause / midlife. Low energy – I had lost all my spark. Dangerously low mood at times. She made me feel heard, didn’t make me feel like it was just that time of life or me. She supported me got me on the correct medication and honestly has been the most incredible support. She won’t know this as she just sits in her room and probably thinks it is part of her job but how she makes people feel when they leave has a lasting effect – thank you!

I first met Jess as a colleague, and so when the hub opened I knew I would be in good hands for my contraceptive care. But despite knowing how kind, caring, and empathetic Jess is, I was still unprepared for the thought she’d put into her service. Finally, someone who recognises that a coil fitting can be sensory overload and more than “just a lil pinch”! Being talked through every step, offered appropriate pain relief, and even shown my own anatomy on the scan beforehand made an uncomfortable medical visit into something I no longer fear. If you are sick of being rushed, dismissed, and uncared for, you simply must see Jess. She’s the kind of doctor Jersey needs more of.

I can’t thank Neil enough. Having recently gone through an early miscarriage, being seen by someone so kind and understanding has made a huge difference to such a sad experience. Everyone at the clinic was caring and professional from my initial call to the early scan, and that really helped me. I knew I was in good hands.
